Vengeful & secretive: The DARK SIDE of Cancer

Here's the dark side

Cancer, the water sign, ruled by the moon, is literally a pool of emotions. These emotions, when used positively, reflect nurturing, love, loyalty, empathy and compassion. But step on their shoes and this gentle zodiac sign can be an unsolved mystery. Rashi Gaur, Global Consultant – Astrology, Numerology, Vastu & Feng Shui has given us a low down on the dark side of Cancerians scroll down to know their alter ego.

2/5

Secretive

They suffer from major trust issues. This can make them continuously suspicious of you if you have broken their trust in the past. If pushed into this more, they can even turn secretive. While they may seem oblivious to the world, their inner core is actually looking at you with deep suspicion. Don’t be surprised if they want to go through your personal documents only to be convinced that you are not lying to them. This can often make the person around them feel suffocated.

3/5

Pessimistic

They are emotional, compassionate and loving. And they expect the same behaviour from others as well. Not everyone can be on the same page regarding emotions. If they feel the expression of love is lacking, they can brood and go to the deep side of pessimism. Sometimes, this can lead to needy behaviour where they can try all emotional tactics to get your attention. They are needy for love and there is no way they will settle for less once they have decided on a relationship, be it love or friendship.

4/5

Vengeful

Cancer is a water sign that can keep changing shape, direction, and even colour, depending on the surrounding. Sometimes, this same needy behaviour can turn to vengeance or even rage and they can be absolutely unforgiving, even to the point that after issues have been long sorted, they will bring up their emotional hurt of the past even after years have passed.

5/5

Sore losers

What most won’t know is the fact that Cancers hate to lose. Their need to win is so strong that they will turn manipulative if they can't win. They can spend hours just to prove their point or for you to realise that their thought process supersedes yours in wisdom. If nothing works, they can push themselves into the pool of pessimism. If this happens too often, they can easily become depressed. Their need for validation is another reason for them to feel pessimistic if things don’t go their way. From extreme positivity and happiness, they can easily slip into darkness, making you wonder what really happened. But guess what, you will never find out!!!

Strongly opinionated, do not expect an apology from a Cancer Zodiac because they refuse to accept that they may have done anything wrong.
