They lack empathy
Capricorn is an Earth sign, ruled by Saturn. Saturn is known to be an icy cold dry planet, symbolising the materialistic gains. This also gives a certain kind of coldness to the Capricorn zodiac sign. These people can be immensely materialistic and ambitious, so much so, that they could be so focused on making money and becoming successful, that anyone who does not comply with their standard of dedication towards work can be ruthlessly cut off from the team. They lack empathy and they have no forgiveness for slow, lazy, incompetent people. Not everyone can operate on the same level. But it’s not for a Capricorn to understand.
Pessimistic
Pessimism is a trait that can be easily associated with this zodiac. Lack of success and the inability to be where they want to be on their success ladder can make them acutely pessimistic. This can become so pronounced that it could make them cynical or even depressive. Once disillusioned, it becomes quite a task for others to be able to inspire them or bring them back to optimism.
Emotionally unavailable
They find it difficult to express themselves emotionally, being a sign that is constantly looking for material grounding. It’s almost like they have a wall around them and even their closest confidant may find it impossible to break down that wall. They are emotionally unavailable and run a thousand miles from vulnerability. Commitment comes with great difficulty to them and hence Capricorn is one sign that finds it difficult to settle down in matrimony. If you are a die-hard romantic and you have fallen for a Capricorn, it’s best that you look for greener pastures. This Zodiac sign is not for the romantics. In fact, when their dark side takes over, they have a tendency to go to extremes. They may be with you today but may tune you out tomorrow at their own convenience or because you have ceased to fit into their scheme of things.
Unforgiving
They won’t forgive you if you have hurt them. Even if they pretend, they are alright, remember, that in their heart of hearts, they won’t forgive you for the rest of their lives. And if you think you can return to being your old self again, forget about it. The relationship will never be the same again.
In fact, they have a tendency to hold that anger deep within, too long, let it simmer within and let those feelings explode all at once, more poisonous, more severe. After all, they are ruled by a planet that won’t spare you a punishment.
