Are you vulnerable to buri nazar? Here's what an astrologer has to say.

“Buri nazar” also known as evil eye or “nazar lagna” is a frequently used word in most Indian households. From falling sick out of nowhere to facing obstacles at work or otherwise, we immediately blame it on “buri nazar”.

2/3

Concept of buri nazar

Kashish Parashar, Astrologer and Numerologist told us that “the whole concept of buri nazar is nothing but the human aura that every individual emits. It's the energy shield of every human being. You may have noticed some people brighten up our day just by their presence and some make it worse just by being around.

All of this is simply aura based. Some people emit negative energy which affects our mood instantly and feeds on our positive energy making us feel gloomy and sometimes even our blood pressure drops. But then there are people who make all that negativity go away with their positive aura, like a positive energy shield.”

3/3

Signs that you are affected

Parashar shared that all of us are affected by “buri nazar” differently. So here are some signs listed by her that you get easily affected by it.

  1. Constant yawning right before praying - if you are constantly yawning for no reason right before or while you are praying, you might be affected by it.
  2. Hot and cold flashes
  3. Sudden anxiety
  4. Feeling depressed for no reason
  5. Feeling under confident without any reason.
  6. Your blood pressure drops suddenly whenever you are around someone who has a strong negative aura.
  7. Bruises on the body without any injuries.
  8. Fearful feeling without any cause.
  9. The colour of your face changes to pale yellow.

If you feel these signs repeatedly and too strongly and they are becoming hurdles between you and your success, you are probably affected by buri nazar.
