Easy ways to simplify your life

Who doesn’t want a happy, peaceful and simple life? We all have so much baggage and negativity in life today that we all want to head to the mountains and leave it all behind. What if you do not have to leave anything or anyone behind and yet have a sense of peace and sound living? Scroll down to understand 7 ways which will help you simplify it all and help with that inner peace.

2/7

Get your priorities right

The first step you must take is that of identifying your priorities in life. What is more important to you? Yes we all write diaries and make lists of what all we need but then we feel everything is important. This is where you need to work. Make time for things that matter to you first. Sometimes when we take the right first few steps, everything else tends to fall into place.

3/7

Minimalism

Sit down with some green tea and look around your room and other parts of the house. You will find many things you have which play no role and are literally hogging that space. Get rid of them all, donate them. Decluttering is very essential. You will feel very light and good once you do that. This will also help you keep a check on your next shopping spree. You will buy only what you need and eventually save a lot of money.

4/7

Do meaningful things

Keep yourself busy but do meaningful things, activities that make you happy, balancing it out with what is essential, priortising it all. This can happen only when you let go of your laziness. Create space in your day.

5/7

Routines

Make your daily routines simpler. Do as and when everything needs to be done as this gives you less stress about managing your day. Go easy on yourself, overthinking and taking tension never helps.

6/7

Saying the word NO

It is high time that you started saying NO when you do not want to be a part of something or go somewhere. You do not have to go to all the invites. Prioritise it. You do not have to be rude, just softly say no that you will not be able to make it. Don't say no every time, because we do not want to jeopardize our relationships.

7/7

Omitting some people from your life

We all have some negative beings that play no role other than that of giving you stress or upsetting you just like that. Either create some distance or break ties. Concentrate on the friends and family members you must have.
