What makes things worse

Sex is an enjoyable, satisfying activity and the world revolves around it especially when you are newly married. However, after a while, many couples stop doing it at all. There are several reasons why this happens and it is very common and all can be easily worked on if you both set your heart into it. So here are 5 of those reasons that you can begin working on as they make couples stop having sex.

2/6

Boredom

A routine always leads to boredom after a while. Even when sex gets less and it happens the same way all the time, it loses appeal.

3/6

Bad hygiene

If your partner has bad hygiene, you will eventually start feeling disgusted. Taking your partner for granted that once married you can be however you want which includes not taking a bath or brushing your teeth, is equivalent to murdering your own sex life.

4/6

Conflict in ideologies

The connection with sex here is that if you have conflicts and way too often then it will eventually trickle down to your sex life. You start feeling that sense of resentment and then becoming intimate with him/her gets difficult.

5/6

Unhappy with their own body

When you are unhappy with your body, insecure about it, the urge to have sex reduces out of fear and the self imposed shame. It is possible that one partner has a complex. This happens especially when one is fit and the other is not.

6/6

Exhaustion

When there is a lot of work stress or other factors that have you all tensed up, then it directly impacts your sex life. You get so exhausted that you do not feel like doing anything. This stress becomes three fold when you have kids in the house and the duties are not shared. You are just not left with any energy to do anything else.
