In this fast-moving world, fathers play a very crucial role in establishing the values, attitudes, and strength of their children. These five critical subjects form a strong, well-rounded foundation for life and should be discussed by fathers openly with their children.

Online safety and Digital responsibilities

Kids growing up in today's society are brought up online. Social media impact, balance between screen time and other activities, and safety online are all issues a father should openly discuss. Discussing privacy, digital trails, and cyberbullying enables the children to make informed choices. Educating children to become good digital citizens can ensure they use technology responsibly and not fall into harmful traps or lose their grip on reality.

Emotional expression and mental health

Children must realise that feeling sad, anxious, or overwhelmed is normal. A father should create a safe space where emotions are not condemned but can be shared. Stereotypes that harm are shattered by being open about mental health, inquiring as to how one is feeling, and showing that seeking help is okay.
