The urge to have lip-smacking snacks like pakoda and samosa in this rainy season is quite obvious. It is difficult to control one's craving when everyone around you is having them. Include seasonal fruits like jamuns, plums, peaches, cherry, pears in your diet to maintain healthy body weight. Just because the monsoon is here and the weather is not as hot as it was in summers, does not mean that you will decrease your water intake. Drinking plenty of water is the key to lose weight. You can also try infused water, juices and herbal teas.
