Quick and Easy workouts for your body

For those who have long working hours and have to slog it out through the day, you can no more make excuses. A study conducted in Canada found that one minute of exercise was equivalent to 45 minutes of working out. Here we have a list of quick-exercises which promises to help you lose weight and shape you up within few minutes.

Warm up

Warm up is a great way to exercise all the muscles at once. Start with squats and then hold the push-up plank position. Bring your right foot ahead, bend and hold. Repeat this cycle thrice!

Spot jogging

Spot jogging is a workout for the whole body. To do this exercise, stand straight, tighten your fists and then place them near your chest. Start by jumping in the same position for a minute. Repeat the routine twice and you're done!

Power planks

This plank routine is a complete workout for your body! Start by doing squats. Next, do two-three push-ups. Then,lie down on the floor and then keep your hands on the floor. Keep your legs straight and then push yourself up a bit. Hold each position for 20-30 seconds and repeat!

Stretching

Lie down on your stomach with your arms stretched over your head. Stretch your legs and hold position. Hold position for 10 seconds and then repeat the exercise.

Burpees

For a quick workout within a minute, do five burpees. Drop to a squat and then kick your feet back and return to squat position. Jump back forward and repeat the exercise.

Interval workout

This is a more intense form of spot jogging and exercising your body. Sprint for 10 seconds and then go up and down the stairs five times. Repeat the workout 5 times!
