Runway models are synonymous with a perfect body. The entire credit for their fit and toned bodies goes to their diet chart and workouts. Carbs, fats and sugars are a strict no for them. They follow a proper nutrient-controlled diet and prefer meals in small portions to remain shapely. Models eat protein rich food, fruits and veggies. One of their main rules is not to starve to get the perfect body shape as they have a hectic schedule to follow. Runway models do not consume fast food and sugar. Fast food items contain lots of preservatives and cause weight gain. Sugar consumption leads to obesity and chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes. Therefore, models prefer eating and drinking fruits instead of consuming sugar. They abstain from dairy products to avoid bloating and it also contains saturated fat. Caffeine is also avoided by them as it stains their teeth. As gluten has been linked to digestive problems it is not consumed by runway models.
