The potato is called the king of vegetables, as it adds flavour and texture to any vegetable preparation. While we know about its taste and texture, many of us are not aware of its nutritional value. According to celebrity nutritionist Luke Coutinho, this inexpensive vegetable is loaded with benefits. As per studies, the use of raw potato juice helps in lightening dark spots, under-eye dark circles, and hyperpigmentation.
