The researchers discovered that Ashwagandha has a natural compound called Withanone (Wi-N), which can block the activity of Mpro or Main protease – a type of protein essential for the reproduction of the coronavirus.

In Ayurveda, it is also called ‘balya’, which refers to increasing strength in conditions like general debility. It is best consumed in the form of powder mixed with honey or milk, before bedtime, which further improves energy, stamina and endurance.

I am not sure whether the Claims that Ashwagandha and Giloy cure the Corona, but I am 100% sure it boosts the Immunity and is must for Kids, Senior Citizens, obviously the adults can also consume them, but always buy from well-known sources as nowadays a lot of cheap fake products are available. So buy Natural and only Herbal Products. The good quality organic products you can buy online from Jindal Herbals.com and Dhotpapeshwer. I think we all should really think about boosting the Immunity now by doing Yoga and buy some immunity booster products to protect our family.
