Twinkle Khanna's #WhatsInYourDabba

On a lazy Sunday, while we all were busy with our #Sundaybinge, Bollywood actor, writer and author Twinkle Khanna shared a picture of her, clad in a Vada Pav-ered t-shirt and a plate full of tikkis. In the post she mentioned, “I may occasionally be a ‘VADA PAV-ERED’ girl but I also carry some healthy treats in my dabba like these yummy beetroot tikkis!” In the post she shared the recipe too. “Wash and grate the beetroot, then sauté in a pan until the water dries out. Add some grated paneer, chat masala, salt, jeera and dhaniya powder and bread crumbs to the beetroot. Add a little oil and mix gently. Then make tikki out of it. Let it rest for 15 minutes, shallow fry in a pan with minimum oil.” At end of the post she nominated Akshay Kumar, Malaika Arora and Sonali Bendre to give a sneak peek of their dabbas. She asked everyone to share their favourite healthy treats and use #WhatsInYourDabba and tag @tweakindia Recipe Corner.
