Right way to make Kala Chana Chaat

Kala Chana Chaat is a healthy snack which is rich in protein and makes for a perfect snack that one can enjoy any day. As per experts, 100 grams of kala chana offers 19-20 grams of protein and this zero oil snack can be included in the weight loss diet too. The rich protein content makes it ideal for vegetarians and vegans. It helps in muscle repair, supports growth, and keeps you feeling full for longer. Also, the high soluble fibre helps reduce LDL (bad cholesterol) levels, and the potassium and magnesium in kala chana also help regulate blood pressure. It is also said that kala chana has a low glycaemic index and high fibre content, which slows glucose absorption. Take a look at the easiest Kala Chana Chaat recipe that can be packed for school or office tiffin too.
