These mixed seed laddoos are not only tasty but will also benefit your health in a variety of ways. Consume them regularly for at least 2 months to see results. You can continue these laddoos for more than 2 months as well. These laddoos are nutritious for general health as well and won’t harm you in any way.

3/7

Ingredients required

5 tbsp sunflower seeds, 5 tbsp sesame seeds, 5 tbsp flax seeds, 5 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp fennel seeds, 10 tbsp coconut powder, ½ tbsp cardamom powder, 4 dates and honey as per requirement.

4/7

Roast the seeds

Add sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and fennel seeds to a pan. Dry roast all the seeds for 2-3 minutes on low flame. You don’t have to roast the seeds much, just enough to make them a bit fragrant.

5/7

Roast the coconut powder

Now add coconut powder, cardamom powder and mix well with the seeds. Now keep mixing and roast the mixture until fragrant. Make sure you mix continuously otherwise the coconut powder might stick at the bottom and turn brown in colour.

6/7

Grind the mixture

Now spread the mixture on a plate and let it cool down a bit. Add it to a blender along with dates. Blend to form a thick and coarse mixture. Take out the mixture in a bowl along with 2 tbsp honey. Dates and honey will help in binding the laddoos. 2 tbsp honey is enough to sweeten the laddoos and make them hold shape. If the mixture seems a bit coarse, you can add 1-2 tbsp honey more. Now mix well to prepare a final mixture.
