For making this magical health drink you need 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander seeds and 2 tsp fennel seeds.

Soak all the ingredients separately overnight and then next morning, boil them together with the same water. Once the colour changes switch off the flame and strain it in a glass. Your hot and healthy drink is ready to be served. To enhance the flavour add rock salt and honey for a perfect blend of sweet and salty.
