Here are a few popular prasads that you can easily prepare at home and offer him during the midnight puja rituals that includes bathing Krishna's idol with honey, milk and water and dressing him up in new poshak.

Maakhan Mishri

If you have been to Vrindavan, this Prasad is served in tiny clay pots that have a lid too. It is considered Lord Krishna’s favourite. You can easily make it at home by mixing homemade white butter/maakhan and mishri (sugar crystals). Once properly mixed, refrigerate it for an hour.

Next, add powdered sugar and desi ghee and mix gently. Once all the ingredients are mixed well, add chopped cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, mishri, and raisins. Allow it to cool for some time and your Panjiri is ready. This prasad is considered good for the gut and is popular in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Punjab region of the country.
