Easiest Dahi Sandwich recipe

These days mornings are no more pleasant, as the scorching sun drains out energy before the day begins. In such a situation, the gut calls for light and hydrating breakfast options that are also easy to make. Take a look at this Dahi Sandwich, which can be made in just 10 minutes. Ingredients

4 bread slices, 1 cup thick and fresh curd, 1 small cucumber, 1 small tomato, 1 small onion, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tbsp yellow butter, and mint chutney

Take curd in a deep mixing bowl and whisk it slightly.

In the meantime, peel and grate the cucumber, and finely chop the onion, tomato, and coriander leaves.

Add them to curd mixture along with salt, pepper, and cumin powder.

Apply mint chutney on one bread slice and spread 2 tbsp of the curd mixture on it.

Apply butter to the other slice and use it to cover the slice layered with the curd mixture.

Toast the sandwich in the sandwich maker using butter.

Cut and serve with mint and coriander chutney on the side.
