How to make this laddoo

To prepare this laddoo, first roast gond in the ghee over medium flame as that will help in making a fine powder of it. Next, in the same pan, roast almonds, then walnuts and dry coconut. If you want, you can also use coconut powder for making this laddoo. Next, add all the roasted dry fruits to a blender jar and blend them until finely powdered. Once done, transfer the content of the blender to a large utensil and mix them with jaggery powder, muskmelon seeds, remaining ghee and crushed & powdered white black pepper (if using coconut powder, add at this stage). Mix them all well and take a little amount in your hand and make a small laddoo with it. If it’s not able to bind, add some melted ghee in it to bind the laddoo. Repeat the process to make more such laddoos. Keep them at a little distance and let them cool down. Enjoy this laddoo with a warm glass of milk in the morning to sustain the cold winter and get some strength in your body.
