What makes milk a complete food?

Milk is an integral part of our daily diet. The pristine white liquid has been cherished for centuries and is one of nature's most complete foods. Rich in calcium, protein, vitamin D, and essential minerals, milk plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong bones, teeth, and muscles. Its high-quality protein supports tissue repair and growth, while nutrients like vitamin B12 and potassium help boost energy, brain function, and heart health. And when it comes to dairy sources, milk comes from cows, buffalo, camels, goats, and more. This piece of information is a comparative study between goat and cow milk and explores which one is better for human consumption.

It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects and can improve minor digestive disorders and prevent allergic diseases in infants.
