​Right utensils

According to Rujuta, one should use only iron kadhai, tawa and karchi in the kitchen for good energy and HB levels. It is believed that the food cooked in iron utensils is nutritious and helps fight the diseases effectively. (Image: istock)

​Curd made with raisin

She suggests eating curd as a mid-meal and to make the curd, you should use raisins as they together form a perfect combo of pre and probiotics. (Image: istock)
