Ayurveda-approved kitchen remedies

The Indian kitchen is full of surprises. It not only offers a wide range of flavors but also solutions to health issues. The vast variety of herbs and spices not just made the dishes flavorful and aromatic; they also help boost immunity and reduce the risk of diabetes and cholesterol as well. Shweta Shah, a celebrity nutritionist, recently shared a post explaining simple kitchen remedies to treat issues like cholesterol, diabetes, fatty liver, and lower immunity. Her post reads, "You don’t always need a pill—sometimes the cure is simmering in your kitchen. From bloating and cholesterol to fatty liver and immunity, these easy decoctions and juices support your body naturally, the Ayurvedic way." Take a look.
