With a protein content of 6g, eggs are probably the best and the easiest source of protein. But there are certain Indian mithais too that have a high amount of protein, although they are loaded with sugar and fat as well.

The sweetened curd gets its brownish tinge from the jaggery present in it. Jaggery is the healthier alternative of sugar, which makes mishti doi safe to consume. It is a great probiotic and is also good for your guts!

It is a cooling food for the stomach and provides many health benefits. It contains fewer calories in comparison to other Indian desserts. Adding jaggery in place of sugar would make it healthier instantly.
