​Roti Noodles

Noodle Twist makes leftover chapattis an interesting dish. Roll out four chapattis, slice the chapattis into thin ribbons, heat oil in a pan, add minced cloves of garlic, a grated piece of ginger, sliced onion, and add chopped bell peppers, and fry them until browned. Season with salt to taste then add tablespoons of tomato ketchup and other sauces of your choice. Add the chopped chapatti strips and mix really well. To enjoy leftovers in a creative, Mexican twist, try serving roti tacos.
