How soups boost immunity and energy

Come winter, and the comfort of a bowl of soup during evening hours is comforting and healing too. Celebrity nutritionist Shweta Shah says that soups in winters are warm, nourishing, and super easy to digest. In a recent post on Instagram, she shared seven soup recipes and mentioned that each soup comes with exact measures, & benefits to support your winter health. From protein-packed Moong Palak, creamy Pumpkin Basil, glow-giving Carrot Ginger, to calcium-rich Broccoli Almond and detoxifying Lauki Beetroot — these bowls are pure comfort. She recommends trying one soup daily for better digestion, immunity & energy. Take a look.
