This one is perfect for your health conscious sibling, just dry roast the assorted nuts and make a fine powder. Meanwhile, make a thick paste of dates, anjeer and raisins. Combine all together along with some ghee and coconut, make small ladoos and enjoy.

Carrot oats barfi


To make this healthy recipe, boil milk and add in grated carrots along with oats, cook with sugar and keep cooking till the mixture turns thick and creamy. Then make a smooth blend and transfer to a greased tray, let it set and dig in.

This Bhaidooj pamper your sibling with a quick Kaju Katli, which can be made in just a few minutes by grinding roasted cashews and then cooking it with a simple sugar syrup, ghee and cardamom powder, pour it and cut it in triangles and enjoy!

To make this delicious ladoo, combine grated coconut with condensed milk and shape into small round ladoos. They are sweet, coconutty, and delightful and perfect for a quick sweet treat.

Paneer Pista barfi


To make this tasty barfi recipe, dry roast and grind pistachios and keep aside. Meanwhile, boil milk and reduce to half, add sugar, condensed milk, cardamom powder and add in pistachios, make thick creamy mixture, pour to a greased tray and let it set and give desired shapes.

Besan Ladoo

If your brother loves desi ke ghee ke ladoos, then make these ladoos by cooking besan in ghee, sugar till it starts releasing oil, then add in some cardamom powder and make bite sized ladoos and enjoy.
