It is a traditional Goan layered dessert with Portuguese roots, often called the Queen of Goan Sweets. It is made with coconut milk, eggs, flour, ghee, and sugar, It's a popular dessert at the time of Christmas, weddings, and festive celebrations in Goa and is traditionally baked in a clay oven.

Ande Ki Kheer


As the name suggests, it is a pudding made with milk, eggs, sugar, cardamom, and ghee, it’s often garnished with almonds, pistachios, and saffron. It is a North Indian dessert where eggs are gently cooked in sweetened milk to create a custard-like, grainy texture. As per experts, the key is to add the beaten eggs slowly into hot milk.
