Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day as it gives your body the ample nourishment to function through the day. Well, here are some quick and easy high protein Egg breakfast recipes, which are not just healthy but also super delicious. So, follow us through these simple recipes and make your morning interesting.

Egg Pizza

This delicious recipe can be made by whisking 2-3 eggs along with salt, pepper as per taste.

Add 1 grated par-boiled potato and mix with this batter. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp butter, melt it nicely. Pour the egg batter, spread it like a big pancake, reduce the flame and spread some ketchup/ pizza sauce, add chopped capsicum, tomatoes, onions, grated cheese followed by oregano and chili flakes. Cover the lid and allow the cheese to melt. Serve hot and enjoy.

Egg Ragi Cheela

Rich in fiber, protein and antioxidants, this ragi and egg combination is great for weight watchers. To begin with, take 2 eggs, break them open in a bowl, add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp tomato chopped, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, salt, pepper and red chili powder as per taste. Whisk it well, grease a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of the batter, cook by flipping sides and enjoy.

Egg Bread Pancake


Take two brown breads, take a non-stick pan and add 1 tsp butter and toast the bread by flipping sides. Next, crack open 1 egg and extract the egg white. Beat it well with 1 cup of milk, sugar as per taste, 4 drops of vanilla essence. Pour this whisked milk and cook the bread until all the milk is soaked and the bread turns soft and fluffy. Serve with honey.

Egg and Oats Omelette

Take ½ cup oats soaked in ½ cup milk. In a bowl crack open 2 eggs and add the soaked oats, whisk it well using a hand blender. Next, add salt, pepper and red chili powder as per taste preference. Add veggies, corn and mix with the batter. Take a pan and add in butter/oil, pour the batter and spread all around the pan. Flip the omelette and cook it nicely. Serve hot with tea or coffee.

Avocado Baked Eggs

This simple dish can be made in just a few minutes. To begin with this easy recipe, take 1 avocado, cut it into equal halves and remove the seed. Grease butter in the cavity, crack open the eggs in each of the cavities, sprinkle salt pepper, oregano and chili flakes as per taste.
