Lemon Water


It is a simple, easy, yet powerful drink that offers a wide range of benefits. As per Hirav, this drink boosts metabolism & aids body detox. Rich in vitamin C, it helps boost immunity, fight infections, and support glowing skin by reducing oxidative stress. The natural acidity of lemon aids digestion, stimulates bile production, and can help ease bloating. Drinking warm lemon water can also support hydration, and promote a healthy alkaline balance despite its acidic taste. Also, its refreshing flavour can curb cravings and support weight management by encouraging mindful hydration.

Jeera Water


As per Hirav, it is an ideal deal to burn fat & reduce bloating. As per Ayurveda, it is a traditional beverage with multiple benefits. It is said to aid digestion by stimulating the secretion of digestive enzymes and reducing bloating, gas, and acidity. The rich antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds of cumin helps flush out toxins, support liver health, and may boost immunity. This drink also helps regulate blood sugar levels, promote weight loss by improving metabolism and helps curb hunger naturally. Cumin has antioxidants and fights inflammation, which helps remove toxins and supports the liver. Jeera water is full of iron, vitamin C, and antioxidants, making your immune system stronger.

It is a nutrient-packed drink that offers numerous benefits. chia seeds form a gel-like texture that’s rich in fiber, which aids digestion, promotes a feeling of fullness, and helps with weight management. They’re also loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart and brain health, along with calcium, magnesium, and antioxidants that boost overall wellness. This water is said to keep you hydrated and also helps in balancing blood sugar levels, providing steady release of energy throughout the day.

Saunf Water



As per Hirav, this water helps activate metabolism & keeps the stomach clean. Also known as fennel seed water, it is a time-tested home remedy for gut health. Rich in antioxidants, fiber, and essential oils, fennel seeds help detoxify the body, support a healthy metabolism, and may assist in weight loss by curbing appetite and reducing water retention. It is also said to help regulate blood pressure and promote hormonal balance, especially in women. Its alkaline nature soothes the stomach lining, making it effective against acidity and heartburn. Fennel water acts as a gentle detox drink, flushing out toxins and keeping your liver and kidneys healthy.
