Coriander seeds (Dhaniya)

As per her post, they are rich in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce the risk of chronic diseases. They support digestive health, boost immunity, and can help regulate blood sugar levels. They can also improve skin conditions and promote heart health. In Ayurveda, coriander is considered cooling and balancing for all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). Also, they aid digestion (Agni), detoxifies the body, and are often used to soothe inflammatory conditions.
How to add in daily diet: Simply boil the seeds in water and sip coriander tea on an empty stomach. One can also make chutney with coriander leaves and enjoy with meals. As per Dimple, coriander juice is also a smart way of incorporating coriander in diet, as it helps with heavy metal detoxification like lead and cadmium from the body.

Carom Seeds (Ajwain)

In her post, Dimple has explained that carom seeds are known for their digestive properties, helping relieve bloating, gas, and indigestion. They also possess antimicrobial properties that can support immune function and may help alleviate respiratory issues. In Ayurveda, carom seeds are considered warming and beneficial for Vata dosha. They enhance digestion and metabolism while providing relief from colds and coughs due to their expectorant properties.
How to add it in your daily diet: Consume 1 tsp of carom with 1/2 tsp salt and warm water. One can also boil the seeds and sip the water on an empty stomach. Lastly, sprinkle some seeds in the dough and make roti or paratha out of it.

Fennel Seeds (Saunf)

Fennel seeds support digestive health by reducing bloating and gas. They have antioxidant properties, help balance hormones, and may alleviate menstrual discomfort. Fennel also supports oral health by freshening breath. In Ayurveda, fennel seeds are known for their cooling properties and are beneficial for balancing all three doshas. They are often used to promote digestion and relieve menstrual cramps.
How to add it in daily diet: One can simply chew 1 tsp fennel seeds before and after meals. Another way of consuming these seeds is to make a clear tea and consume it in the morning.

As per Dimple's post, women should limit processed foods, especially foods high in sugar and unhealthy fats that can counteract the benefits of these spices. Also, they should avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol, as they can disrupt hormonal balance and digestive health.
