This is a healthy kebab, where you simply mash tofu and add boiled mashed potato to it, along with seasoning and spices, shape them into kebabs and shallow fry. Enjoy with chutney of your choice.

For this high protein kebab, you need to mix boiled rajma and par boiled chana dal and blend into a smooth mixture, season with spices and then shape them into kebabs. Shallow fry in ghee and serve hot.

These are one of the most famous kebabs, where hung curd is combined with roasted besan, cornflour, onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander, spices, and salt. The mixture is then shaped into kebabs and then shallow fried in ghee.
