What makes mangoes so expensive?

The season for aromatic and flavourful mangoes is here. Often called the "king of fruits," this summer fruit is known for its rich taste, nutritional value, and cultural significance in many countries. As the season approaches, the excitement of the first bite of the season, sticky hands from childhood indulgence, and the joy of sharing slices with loved ones comes alive every time and it always feels so refreshing. Whether eaten fresh, blended into drinks, or transformed into desserts, mangoes embody warmth, abundance, and the simple pleasure of nature at its finest. While we often talk about its shape, size, and aroma, have you ever thought about how the varieties are priced and which is the most expensive mango in the world?
