Sushmita Sen takes us back to her ‘Miss Chandni’ era with this red sari look

Sushmita Sen wears her ensembles and confidence as her finest armour. The diva is known for her power-dressing attitude and has a wardrobe filled with chic and dreamy ethnic picks, thus having the best of both worlds. The world is perfectly aware of this fashion icon, making everyone go gaga over her 2000s looks in the film ‘Main Hoon Na.’ Having a wardrobe of chiffon and svelte frames, Sushmita is back in her Ms. Chandni era and recently gave us a quick nostalgia run.
Reliving her time as Ms. Chandni in her iconic red sari from her entry scene in the film, Sushmita proved that she’s still got it. The diva draped a beautiful plain silk sari in the hues of red with smooth texture and perfect drapes which instantly took us back in time. Opting for a contemporary appeal, she left her pallu open and let the sari gently gaze, embracing the flows, boldness, and elegance.

Ditching the whole traditional take during this wedding season, she embraced the bold vibes and opted for a sleeveless matching red blouse with a deep neckline and a hint of backless show. Channelising her Ms. Chandni energy to the fullest, she also added a leopard silver brooch adorned with black dots which completed her look. She opted for a minimal choice of jewellery and simply wore a pair of pearl earrings, ditching a necklace and bracelet shown.


However, she went all out with her makeup touch and opted for a glam look. She flaunted her dewy base with a highlighted touch and applied for a smokey eye show with smudged eyeliner and kohl touch, pink tinted cheeks with silver highlighted cheeks, and lastly added a stunning mauve pink glossy lipstick which carried the whole show. She simply left her hair open in loose waves carrying an effortless glow that gave us the ultimate 2000s charm.
