A stylish Zoom Roka ceremony took place in a traditional Indian family in the middle of the pandemic.
This pandemic brought in a lot of grief and sadness for many of us, but it proved to be a silver lining for an Indian couple. Abhishek Chaudhary and Aditi Goenka did not hesitate to start a new chapter in the middle of the pandemic and got
rokafied via a Zoom call.
And, no prizes for guessing that the simple ceremo ny turned out to be one stylish affair.
The couple met at the beginning of COVID and spoke to each other throughout the everlasting lockdown via video chat. The, they decide to have an intimate ceremony with just the immediate family in attendance, while their close friends and family participated in this small affair through a Zoom meeting.
Even though the soon-to-be husband and wife had a Zoom Roka, it didn’t stop them from getting ready in their traditional best attires. The groom looked dapper in his shiny pastel kurta which was designed elaborately in layers and totally stood out. The pretty bride, on the other hand looked gorgeous in her traditional pink lehenga skirt paired with a matching V-neck blouse. Her queenly stone and emerald jewellery set with beautiful designs of henna on her hands added the the classic Indian wedding touch and made her look beauteous.
The would-be bride’s wardrobe styling was done by
Dolly J, a renowned Indian fashion designer, and the groom’s outfit was designed by Tisa studio, a fashion label that designs modern-Indian wear for men.
Not only their outfits were stunning but even their wedding garlands made with pretty pink roses and tiny pearls were aesthetic.
The groom posted numerous snaps of their Zoom Roka and wrote a witty caption in his Instagram post which read, “This feels like the picture you put on shaadi.com while you write them a positive review and are featured as a success story.”
