Ayurvedic herbs experts swear by

Acne is one of the most common skin conditions that every adult experiences in their 20s and 30s. Well, there is the dependency on online medicines and antibiotics, but the Ayurveda care offers a holistic and long-term approach. Ayurveda for acne focuses on correcting the internal hormone imbalances, detoxifying the body, and promoting clear and healthy skin. Let’s take a look at some Ayurvedic herbs that protect you from harsh acne breakouts.

Amla

Amla is a rich source of vitamin C, which is good for treating intense skin conditions like acne and pimples. It can be consumed raw or can easily be applied to the skin. It boosts collagen and has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which fight off acne-causing bacteria, reduce sebum, and further soothe inflamed skin. Acting like a natural blood purifier, it flushes out toxins and prevents intense breakouts as well.

Neem enjoys pride of place as far as skin and blood health goes. It is generally good for everything. During the COVID pandemic, I regularly consumed juice of neem leaves. That is what kept me healthy and sprightly during that time.
