Vijay Diwas: Tributes pour in for 1971 war heroes

Vijay Diwas is marked on December 16 to commemorate the victory of the India over Pakistan in 1971; a war which led to the creation of Bangladesh. This day honours the sacrifice of the soldiers for the safety of the nation.
