Navigating the return to office: Tech companies’ new policies

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, companies swiftly adapted by transitioning employees to remote work. Now, as the pandemic gradually subsides, major tech giants—including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, HCL Technologies, Google, and Amazon—are rolling out new policies that mandate employees to return to the office.

However, reports suggest that some employees harbor reservations about this transition, particularly concerning potential relocation requirements. Despite these concerns, companies are actively implementing robust measures to encourage employees to embrace office-based work once again. The delicate balance between safety, productivity, and employee well-being remains at the forefront of these policy changes
