Actor Sanjay Dutt’s name also emerged in connection with the same case. Dutt was summoned by the Maharashtra Cyber Cell on April 23 but he had not appeared before them. Shintre added, "We have received a request from the actor to extend the date. However, we haven't confirmed the next date for him yet."
