The mystery horror film ‘Virupaksha’ is said to be in no mood to slow down despite biggies such as ‘PS2’ and ‘Agent’ getting released in theatres last week. In addition, the film is now going Pan-India by getting released in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and other languages.
The positive reviews of the film both from the movie audience and critics alike helped the film get unanimous success at the Tollywood box office.
As per the just shared information by the makers, the film has minted close to Rs 80 crores in 11 days from its Telugu version all over.
The film performed well on its first 10 days and it reportedly did close to Rs 3 crores on its 11th day and is expected a similar number on day 12 as well.
The film reportedly has 35-55% of occupancy at most of the centres as it is a busy weekdays. 'Virupaksha' is written and directed by Karthik Varma Dandu who co-wrote the film with
Sukumar. The film featured
Sai Dharam Tej, Samyuktha Menon, Sunil,
Rajeev Kanakala, Brahmaji and Ravi Krishna in the primary roles.
