Vijay Deverakonda puts out his version of #BeTheREALMAN

After numerous Tollywood celebs put out their version of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s #BeTheREALMAN challenge, when Vijay Deverakonda was challenged to do so by Siva Kortala, the actor refused but promised he’d show a glimpse into his day in lockdown.
He even told the director that his mother doesn’t let him do household work, still treating him like a kid and not like a ‘real man’. However, the video Vijay Deverakonda posted today shows him doing basic chores like making his bed and refilling water bottles.The 3-minute-long video has been shot by his brother Anand Deverakonda and also shows their parents.
Sharing the video and rechristening the challenge as #BeARealMan, he wrote, “Bits of my day in lockdown :)Documented by @ananddeverkonda #BeARealMan challenged by @sivakoratala sir. I would like to extend it to Kunjikkaa @dulQuer.” (sic) In case you’re curious about the video, Vijay even made mango-flavoured homemade ice cream and fans comment they can’t wait to try it out. He also urged everyone to reuse alcohol bottles to store water. Vijay nominated Dulquer Salmaan to take up the challenge and it remains to be seen if he will. If he does, the challenge will surely go beyond Tollywood.
