Power – Dookudu
Power is a 2014 Kannada action comedy film directed by K. Madesh and produced by Telugu filmmakers Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta, and Anil Sunkara of 14 Reels. The producers who bankrolled the original Telugu film ‘Dookudu’ remade in Kannada with Powerstar Puneet Rajkumar and Trisha in the lead roles. The film’s music was also given by the original music composer SS Thaman in the Kannada version titled ‘Power’.

‘Raam’ – Remake of ‘Ready’
‘Raam’ is a 2009 Kannada romantic comedy directed by Madesha again starring Kannada Powerstar Puneet Rajkumar and Priyamani in the lead roles. This film also marks the Kannada debut of Priyamani. Kannada music composer Harikrishna composed music for this 2008 Telugu film titled ‘Ready’. ‘Raam’ was very well received by the Kannada audience, which fetched him huge appreciations for his performance with massive houseful boards all over Karnataka.

Ajay – Okkadu remake
Ajay is a 2006 Kannada action film that starred Puneeth Rajkumar, Anuradha Mehta, and Prakash Raj. It is the debut film of the actress Anuradha in the Kannada Cinema. Which was a remake of the 2003 Telugu movie ‘Okkadu’. This action extravaganza was one of the very important films in Puneet's career that has shown his exhilarating stunts in the film.

Maurya - Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi
Maurya is a 2004 Kannada sports drama that was directed by S.Narayan. The film starred Powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar and Meera Jasmine in the lead roles. This film marks the Kannada debut for actress Meera. The film is a remake of a 2003 Telugu film directed by Puri Jagannadh titled ‘Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi’. The film was produced by Kannada producer Rockline Venkatesh.
This film was one of the huge blockbusters of Puneeth Rajkumar that has run over 100 days in 16 centers in Karnataka.

Veera Kannadiga – Andhrawala
This action film made simultaneously in Telugu and Kannada by Telugu film producers was directed by Puri Jagannadh with Jr.NTR in the lead role. Whereas the Kannada version was directed by Meher Ramesh with Puneeth Rajkumar in the lead for the story written by Puri.
The film’s music was one of the blockbuster hits given by the same music composer ‘Chakri’ for both Telugu and Kannada versions, is also no more who too died of a heart attack sometime back. Meher Ramesh who was an assistant to Puri Jagannadh made his directional debut with this film in Kannada that was released on 2 Jan in 2004.
