Simbu's first look from Eshwarudu
Silambarasan, known by his stage name Simbu has teamed up with acclaimed filmmaker Susienthiran for Eshwarudu. The first look of the actor was out and he is seen holding a snake on his shoulders in the first look poster. As soon as the look was shared, the internet erupted with praise, and can’t stop raving about the poster. Nidhhi Agerwal has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Simbu in the film. While S Thaman is composing the music for this project, Thirunavukarasu handles the camera. Eshwarudu will be bankrolled by Balaji Kapa under the banner Madhav Media in association with D Company and KV Durai MDM Sharfuddeen Production.

Srikanth's son Roshan to play lead in the sequel of Pelli Sandadi
After 24 years, the 1996 blockbuster Pelli Sandadi starring actor Srikanth will finally see its sequel that will go on floors next year. Legendary director K Raghavendra Rao who directed the actual Pelli Sandadi will supervise the direction while Gowri Ronanki is going to direct this flick. Actor Srikanth’s son has been roped in to play the lead role while Malavika Nair will be seen essaying his love interest. Produced by Nagarjuna Akkineni, the film was based on a love story between a poor farmer boy and a rich girl.

Naga Shaurya’s next with Anish Krishna launched with a pooja ceremony
Actor Naga Shaurya has joined hands with director Aneesh Krishna for his upcoming project referred to as #NS22. It will be bankrolled by Shaurya’s home production Ira Creations. Mani Sharma’s son Swara Sagar Mahathi has been roped in to compose the tunes for the film. Koratala Siva, Nara Rohit and Anil Ravipudi have made their presence felt at the event. Details regarding the cast and crew will be announced soon.

Allari Naresh wraps up the shoot of Naandhi
Debutant director Vijay Kanakamedala has teamed up with actor Allari Naresh for an upcoming film titled ''Naandhi.'' Tipped to be a suspense thriller, the film marks the actor’s 57th project, Naresh 57. The actor has wrapped up the shoot of Naandhi and went into post-production mode. Satish Vegesna is producing the film under the banner SV2 Entertainment. Sri Charan Pakala has been signed to compose music for this film, which will have cinematography handled by Sid.

Actress Kajal Aggarwal gets hitched
Actress Kajal Aggarwal got married to her long-time boyfriend Gautam Kitchlu on Friday in Mumbai. The actress is the eldest daughter of Vinay Aggarwal and Suman Aggarwal. She has a younger sister Nisha Aggarwal who too has acted in films. Gautam Kitchlu is an interior designer who owns a home decor company named Discern Living. Gautam and Kajal’s wedding ceremony was held in the presence of only close friends and family owing to government restrictions amid the COVID-19 outbreak. With photos and videos from the wedding circulating on social media, wishes are pouring in for the newly wedded couple.
