‘Srinivasa Mangapuram’ poster: Mahesh Babu unveils nephew Jaya Krishna’s intense first look from action thriller

Superstar Mahesh Babu recently unveiled the first look poster of his nephew Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni’s debut film, ‘Srinivasa Mangapuram’. The movie is directed by Ajay Bhupathi and stars Rasha Thadani, daughter of Raveena Tandon, as the female lead.

A powerful and intense poster

‘Varanasi’ star Mahesh Babu took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to share the poster and wished his nephew on his debut. In the picture, Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni can be seen in an intense look. He is riding a bike while pointing a revolver with one hand, keeping a fierce gaze.

Mahesh Babu’s message for his nephew

He wrote, “Happy to unveil the first look of #SrinivasaMangapuram…Wishing #JayaKrishnaGhattamaneni the very best on his debut. A strong team and an interesting beginning… all the best to the entire team.”

‘Srinivasa Mangapuram’ is directed by Ajay Bhupathi. He is best known for his film ‘RX 100’. The movie also marks the Telugu debut of Rasha Thadani.




Earlier in November 2025, the makers teased the audience with a poster that showed two hands holding a single revolver together. The gun is seen pointing at the sky with the hands of a man and a woman.

Release plans and shooting update

The film is expected to be released during the summer. As per CineExpress, it is said that the makers are eyeing a release date of May 31. It will be a special day as the date will be the birthday of the late actor Krishna. Although it is imperative to mention that the official announcement of the film’s release date is yet to be made. The shoot of the film is currently underway, with the team currently shooting a major schedule in Madhya Pradesh.

Senior actor Mohan Babu will be seen in an important role in the film. Music for the film has been composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
