Prabhas’s much-awaited film 'The Raja Saab' is creating a buzz in the film industry as fans eagerly anticipate its release in April this year. Originally slated for April 10, the movie will now face a delay, much to the dismay of moviegoers who were expecting to see the Rebel Star on screen sooner.
As reported by Pinkvilla, the release of 'The Raja Saab', a horror-comedy featuring Prabhas in a dual role, has been postponed. The team has not yet announced a new release date, though they are expected to ramp up promotional activities closer to the film’s eventual release. In a surprising twist, the makers are said to reveal an exciting new glimpse of Prabhas’s character during the Sankranti celebrations this month.
Directed by Maruthi, 'The Raja Saab' also stars Nidhhi Agerwal and Malavika Mohanan (making her Telugu debut) as the female leads. The film promises to showcase a mix of romance and supernatural comedy that will have audiences laughing and thrilled in equal measure.
Adding to the excitement, Thaman S, the music composer for the film, has hinted at the possibility of an audio launch in Japan. He revealed that there are plans to adapt some of the tracks into Japanese versions, although no official confirmation has been made.
Prabhas was last seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD' alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan last year. The megahit movie, directed by Nag Ashwin, earned around Rs 1200 crore worldwide. The movie is expected to get the much-awaited sequel soon. The actor has almost finished shooting for a film tentatively titled 'PrabhasHanu' with director Hanu Raghavapudi. He will also collaborate with Sandeep Reddy Vanga for 'Spirit' soon.
