Manu is back!

Danseuse Manu, who was last seen in Kadhal Mannan, opposite Ajith, will shortly be on the big screen again, this time in a short film.
���������This is the first time I have faced the camera in so many years. Luckily, I am playing my age,��������� she jokes. The film will be released soon she reveals, adding that it will be one-anda-half hour in length.
���������It has me playing the role of a strong woman, the wife to an author and how she completes his unfinished book after his death, which leads to her unearthing many unknown facts about his life. Titled Ezhudadha Kadhai, the film is very much an Indian story, in Tamil, completely shot in Colombo, about six months ago. Some reports said that I am directing the short film, which is false. It is being directed by Chamanth Raj,��������� she adds.
Manu, who helped out Rajinikanth during his stay in Singapore recently, says, ���������I just staged my first theatre production, Bheeshma across different locations. Also, on the cards is a dancedrama. With so many things in hand, I won���������t be able to perform during the Margazhi fest this year in Chennai.���������
