Christmas is celebrated to honour the birth of Jesus Christ on December 25th. In several parts of the world, people enjoy the occasion by decorating their homes with Christmas trees, preparing exotic treats, attending church, exchanging gifts with near and dear ones, and of course, waiting for Santa Claus to arrive. Unlike the old times, Christmas is now celebrated by non-Christians too and especially in a country like India, it is done with much zeal and enthusiasm.
