Arvind Swamy not part of Ravi Teja’s next, says director

Arvind Swamy, who played the antagonist in Tamil thriller Bogan will not be part of it’s Telugu remake starring Ravi Teja. Director Lakshman confirmed the news himself saying, “There have been reports that Arvind Sir turned down the role in the Telugu version. This is not true. I never wanted to cast Arvind Swamy in the Telugu remake. Initially I was thinking of casting SJ Suryah for the role that is along the lines of Joker in Batman.But the producers wanted Arvind Swamy as he did an outstanding job in the original. But the requirements for the character in Telugu are different and Arvind Swamy himself knows this.”
