Sivamani gifts Thaman a pair of drumsticks; duo play percussion together

Sivamani is undeniably one of the best drummers in the country. The ace percussionist has performed and recorded for several top music composers in the country. Today, music composer Thaman has shared a pic of him with the drummer. The duo seemed to have had a great time, playing conga together. Thaman has shared a short video clip of them performing together.Thaman calls Sivamani his guru and says it's been after ages that they're playing together. He wrote, "Congo inggggggg !! After ages with my guru @drumssivamani #RhythmisGod (sic)."

And the music composer also shares a pic of what Sivamani has gifted him. He shared a pic, saying Sivamani gifted him a pair of drum sticks. Sharing the pic on social media, Thaman wrote, "A Small Token of Love and Blessings From the Master Himself * Kodo O Daiko * drumsticks #gratitude @drumssivamani (sic)." It seems like the duo bonded while playing different percussion instruments. Later in the evening, Thaman shared another short video of them playing a bigger drum.


Simbu's 'Eeswaran' was the last film Thaman had composed for in Kollywood. Now, the composer has got a slew of projects in Telugu.
