Tamil films in which Nayanthara appear only for a song sequence!

Actress Nayanthara is one of the prominent and successful actresses of the Indian film industry. Called as Lady Superstar, Nayanthara has acted in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi films and she has never disappointed her fans with the roles she play. Making her debut in Tamil film 'Ayya', Nayanthara marking her journey in the Kollywood, has also appeared in a cameo in song sequences of many films. Directed by Shankar, 'Sivaji; stars Rajinikanth and Shriya Saran in lead roles. The film was released in 2007 and actress Nayanthara appeared in the song sequence Balleilakka as a cameo. She performed alongside Rajinikanth which is his introduction song of the film. Composed by AR Rahman, the song was sung by SP Balasubramaniam.

Directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar, Ehthirneechal starred Sivakarthikeyan and Priya Anand in lead roles. The movie was released in 2013 and Nayantahra appeared in the song sequence Local Boys alongside Dhanush who sang the song. Composed by Anirudh, Local Boys was sung by Dhanush and Velmurugan.

Directed by Perarasu, Sivakasi stars Vijay and Asin in lead roles. The movie was released in 2005 and the film had a folk number Kodambakkam Area in which Nayanthara appears for the song sequence. Composed by Srikanth Deva the song was sung by Tipu and Suchitra.

Directed by Joshiy, the film starred Mohanlal, Mamooty, Jayaram and Suresh Gopi in lead roles. The movie was released in 2008 and it made a success at the Chennai box office as well. Nayanthara appeared in the song sequence He Dil Deewana along with Prithviraj and Kunchako Boban. The music for the movie is composed by Suresh Peters and Berny Ignatius.
