film Maheshinte Prathikaram, is expected to go on floors from July 15. Talking about the yet-to-be-titled project, Priyadarshan says, “It isn’t right to say that the movie will be a remake of Fahadh Fazil-starrer Maheshinte Prathikaram. The film’s screenplay will have ample changes, the characters and the backdrop will be tweaked to suit the sensibilities of Tamil audiences. This version will have more scope for humour, too. For now, MS Bhaskar has also been roped in to the cast. We have plans of casting Mollywood actress Namita Pramod as the female lead. I think Theni would be an ideal location for the story to unfold. The details about other cast will be decided in a week’s time.”
