Kollywood actors and their fetish for long beards

When the pandemic broke out early this year in India, except for essential services, all other services were shut down. And so, there was a time, all the men were sporting long hair and unkempt beard looks. Even actors were seen sporting long hair, beard looks. But now that the salons have opened, many stars headed for a much needed makeover of sorts as they have to begin shooting for their upcoming films. However, there are a few of them who are still rocking the long beard looks. Let's take a look at them...

2/6

Silambarasan TR

Silambarasan TR made a big, bang comeback on social media. Not only the first look of his film with Suseenthiran titled Eeswaran made noise, but also his photoshoot pictures that were released on his social media page. While we've seen in STR in various looks, including a clean shaven look to bearded ones, the actor is sporting a long beard now. And of course, he's carrying the look with elan!

3/6

Sarathkumar

The actor has been inspiring people through this pandemic, and more so, when the pandemic just broke out. Sarathkumar shared his daily workout routine and got all us motivated. And through his pictures, we also spotted that he was growing out a longer beard. While he's mostly seen in a beard look, the actor grew them out even longer and is looking sharp than ever before. His latest photoshoot is a proof!

4/6

Shanthnu Bhagyaraj

Shanthnu Bhagyaraj and beards are a thing. The actor has been sporting the beard look for a while now. And during this time, he grew them out even longer and looks even better. He has been doing multiple shoots with his beard look and the actor rocks it like nobody else!

5/6

Arun Vijay

Arun Vijay changes his looks from time-to-time. He mostly goes in for a look that is required for the film. And he's been rocking every single of them. But during the pandemic, he grew out his hair and also sported a long beard. In one of his most recent looks, Arun sported sideburns moustache with beard. He's always the one to experiment (remember the Wolverine look?) and Arun carried off this one, too, with ease!

6/6

Kavin

Kavin mostly chooses to sport a mix of clean shaven look to a short beard look. Sometimes, he just sports a goatee beard style. But during this time, he not just went in for the long hair, but also for a long beard look. And needless to say, his army and fans have been giving him a thumbs up for his look.
